Weight Loss Diary - Entry 2

Day 2 of the diet and I’m still feeling positive. Got home last night to a rather fantastic dinner of fish pie, potato croquets and broccoli, followed by some jam tarts with custard. I’m not sure whether it was particularly low fat or not, but portions were much smaller than I’m used to. I was very hungry when I got home from work after such a light lunch, but not uncomfortably so. Late night supper could not be avoided, as after running around for an hour on the football pitch in the freezing cold, I was pretty hungry. I broke my no-bread rule and had a couple of slices of toast, but it was Weight Watchers bread at 49 calories a slice. Weight Loss Diary - Entry 1

Man I love food. I mean I really, really love food. Cheese is my biggest weakness - I’ll eat it with everything. Beans on toast? Only with a couple of slices of Cathedral City thanks. Pizza? Sure, just pop a bit of extra mozzarella on it first. Fried egg? Better with some melted mature cheddar. And so it goes on. It’s an addiction. Some people need their chocolate. I need my cheese.
