I’ve been Cloning Clyde…
…on my XBox 360.
This is a new release to the XBox Live Arcade: a brilliantly executed comedy platform romp with slick 3D cartoon style graphics and amusing sound effects. Whereas the usual fare on Live Arcade is puzzle games, Cloning Clyde is a full blown and challenging platform game with a sensible learning curve and plenty to keep you interested and coming back for more, including split-screen or online multiplayer in co-op or versus modes.
The game is a shade under 25MB to download and will set you back 800 points (a mere £6.80). As per usual, you can download the game without paying and it will run in trial mode, allowing you to work through the tutorial levels to decide if it’s for you. Personally, I think it’s the best Live Arcade game to date, PacMan not withstanding.
