National Mediation Helpline Rebuild

Although we are still working on some behind the scenes statistical reporting, the 2nd version of the National Mediation Helpline has been launched.
The website includes a complete call management system that is used to track mediation cases and automatically allocate new cases to a selection of mediation providers throughout the country.
The project is our 4th for the Department for Constitutional Affairs.
